Picking the easiest & hardest thing is sometimes hard with my increasingly mush filled mind. The easiest for me has always been #7 to teach/mentor others. I learn so many things from those I teach. The hardest is #4 have confidence in yourself as a confident effective learner. Doubt can be a serious obsticle.
